Tourists who visit Tranzmont Park are encouraged to come early in the morning or during the afternoon. These are the best times that the park is often filled with campers. Just as is with Lake Myrtle, there is usually a lot of sunshine over the summer months. Since there are a smaller number of campers, this park is much less crowded. The best months to visit are May through July and August and the worst months are December and January.
